• President of Childress Builders Inc 1989 thru 2002

• Brokers License 2005
• Member of the National Association of Home builders since 1989
• Member of National Association of Realtors since 2002
• Managed a team of sales professional for D. R. Horton selling 250 plus homes per year
• Luxury Homes Sales Manager for the Cliff’s Communities 2005 thru 2007 in which he helped develop Cliff’s Luxury Home enclaves and put together the team of New Home Specialist for Cliff’s
• Worked with designers such as Stephen Fuller, Frank Betz, Don Gardner and Design Elite
• Passion for Building High End Luxury Homes
